There are various reasons why people volunteer their time, but it is always associated with the conscious need to 'share oneself’ with others. Selflessness helps prove the human-sensitivity, maturity, and attitude of the person. Volunteering is open to anyone who is willing and able to help. The atmosphere around volunteering makes everyone more friendly and even more willing to help. Volunteers understand what it means to “volunteer”—there will be no remuneration for their services. But they do know that they are doing something good for others, for the idea, because they like to help.
Who Can Volunteer?
Anyone can become a volunteer. There are no age restrictions. The only condition is one’s having good intentions. Volunteers voluntarily commit themselves for the benefit of the Foundation and other people. A person offers them free time and skills, a smile and a kind word, a hug or a handshake.

Ich arbeite seit 4 Jahren als Freiwilliger bei der Espa - Stiftung. Ich übernehme handwerkliche Arbeiten im Haus. Außerdem hole ich Lebensmittel auf dem Markt ab und bringe sie zu den Bedürftigen. Ich habe vom Himmel die Botschaft bekommen, dass ich das tun soll, und deshalb tue ich es.
Ich arbeite seit einigen Monaten ehrenamtlich für die Stiftung. Meistens handelt es sich um eine gelegentliche Unterstützung der Arbeit der Organisation. Bisher habe ich an der Erstellung von Inhalten für die Website des Projekts zur Suche nach Pflegefamilien mitgewirkt. Ehrenamtliche Arbeit und Engagement in der Gemeinschaft sind für mich von großem Wert. Es gibt mir das Gefühl, etwas bewirken zu können und meine Zeit und Energie gut investiert zu haben.
Ich bin derzeit in Rente und arbeite seit März 2022 als Freiwillige bei der Espa-Stiftung. Ich helfe in der Sortierstraße und packe Lebensmittelpakete. Es macht mir Spaß, meine Zeit zu opfern und das Leben von Menschen, die Hilfe brauchen, praktisch zu verändern. Ehrenamtliche Arbeit verändert immer das Herz und steigert unsere Sensibilität.
Ich arbeite seit Juni 2022 als Freiwillige bei der ESPA-Stiftung und bin hauptsächlich im Lager mit dem Sortieren und Verpacken von Lebensmittelpaketen und mit Reinigungsarbeiten beschäftigt. Außerdem tue ich alles, was laufend erforderlich ist. Unterstützung ist extrem wichtig. Ich weiß das, weil die Menschen, die mir durch eine schwere Zeit geholfen haben, für mich zur Familie geworden sind. Ich bin Gott für alles dankbar und deshalb helfe ich gerne.
Ich bin seit etwa 10 Jahren ehrenamtlich bei der Stiftung tätig. Ich sammle Lebensmittel in den Geschäften und bringe sie zu bedürftigen Familien in der ganzen Gemeinde. Außerdem liefere ich jeden Tag Mittagessen aus, das meine Frau für alle Freiwilligen und Mitarbeiter der Stiftung kocht. Ich helfe gerne, und ich glaube, dass man mit dem Guten das Böse besiegen kann.
I have been working with the Foundation as a volunteer for several months. It is often a rare form of support for the organization's activities. So far, I have been creating content for the project's website in the search for foster families. Volunteering and getting involved in work for the benefit of society is an excellent value for me. It gives me a sense of agency and well- invested time and energy.
I am currently retired. I have been working as a volunteer at the ESPA Foundation since March 2022. Volunteering constantly broadens the heart and increases our sensitivity. I help at the sorting plant and pack social packages. I am happy to give my time and have a practical impact on changing the lives of people who need help.
I have been a volunteer at the Foundation for about 10 years. I collect food from stores and deliver it to needy families throughout the community. Every day I also provide dinners that my wife cooks for all volunteers and employees of the Foundation. I like to help, and I know that good can overcome evil.
I have been working as a volunteer at the ESPA Foundation for 4 years now. I am a technical supervisor. I also collect food from the market and deliver it to needy people. I got a cue from Heaven that I should do this, and that's why I'm doing it.

Pracuję jako wolontariusz w Fundacji Espa już od 4 lat. Zajmuję się dozorem technicznym. Odbieram rownież żywność z marketu i zawożę do ludzi potrzebujących. Dostałem wskazówkę z Nieba, że mam to robić i dlatego to robię.
Współpracuję z Fundacją w ramach wolontariatu od kilku miesięcy. Najczęściej jest to okazjonalna forma wsparcia działań organizacji. Dotychczas zajmowałam się tworzeniem treści na stronę internetową projektu, dotyczącego poszukiwania rodzin zastępczych. Wolontariat i angażowanie się w pracę na rzecz społeczeństwa, jest dla mnie dużą wartością. Daje mi poczucie sprawczości oraz dobrze zainwestowanego czasu i energii.
Jestem wolontariuszem w Fundacji od mniej więcej 10 lat. Odbieram żywność ze sklepów i zawożę do rodzin potrzebujących w całej gminie. Codziennie również dostarczam obiady, które gotuje moja żona dla wszystkich wolontariuszy i pracowników Fundacji. Lubię pomagać i uważam, że dobrem można zwyciężyć zło.
Jestem wolontariuszką w Fundacji ESPA od czerwca 2022. Głównie pracuję na magazynie przy sortowaniu i pakowaniu paczek socjalnych oraz pracach porządkowych. Robię też to, co jest na bieżąco potrzebne. Wsparcie jest niezwykle ważne. Wiem to, bo ludzie którzy pomogli mi w ciężkim czasie stali się dla mnie rodziną. Jestem Bogu wdzięczna za wszystko i dlatego z chęcią pomagam.
Jestem obecnie na emeryturze. Pracuję jako wolontariusz w Fundacji Espa od marca 2022 roku. Pomagam na sortowni oraz pakuję paczki socjalne. Cieszy mnie to, że mogę dać swój czas i mieć praktyczny wpływ na zmianę życia ludzi, którzy potrzebują pomocy. Wolontariat zawsze poszerza serce i zwiększa naszą wrażliwość.
